Our Shipping Policy is designed to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner, while also offering flexibility and suitable delivery options based on individual needs.

We aim to deliver all orders without undue delay and, unless otherwise agreed, within 30 days of order confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which may include tracking information where available.
Please note that processing times are separate from delivery times.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or local import processes.
5. Shipping Restrictions

Where applicable, any shipping restrictions will be indicated at checkout or we will contact you if we are unable to fulfil the order as placed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping restrictions, customs procedures, or carrier limitations outside our reasonable control. However, nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
6. Delivery Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and this results in a failed delivery, delay, return to sender, or additional courier charges, we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred before re-dispatching the order.

7. Damaged Parcels
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at waucustomnottingham@gmail.com and provide your order number together with clear photographic evidence of:
- the outer packaging,
- the shipping label, and
- the damaged item(s).
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution in accordance with your legal rights.
8. Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at waucustomnottingham@gmail.com so that we can investigate the matter with the courier.
We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to take possession of them on your behalf.
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered to the address provided by the customer, or to a person nominated by the customer, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer, subject to applicable law.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts and Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the parcel.
If you no longer wish to receive the order, any refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund / Return Policy.
